1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Monument Growth website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Monument Growth provides website design, AI automation, and digital marketing services for local businesses. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to necessary accounts and assets, and the commitment required to make our shared work successful. We give you the tools to win — you bring the commitment to use them.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials created by Monument Growth remain our property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding underlying tools, templates, and third-party assets.
5. Payments & Billing
Payment terms, fees, and billing cycles are outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Monument Growth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question during the prior three months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and access to ongoing services will cease.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ohio.
